We currently offer delivery services across Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Other Areas: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000
• Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 2,000

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers must ensure that the payment is available at the time of delivery.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If no one is available to receive the package at the provided address, the parcel may be returned by the courier service. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
